Long-Term Receptionist

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced office environment. Based in Upstate New York, this long-term temporary role is ideal for someone who thrives in multitasking and enjoys providing professional front-line service.


Your Tasks
  • Enter data accurately into a case management system

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally

  • Maintain accurate call logs and provide timely information to the public

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems

  • Update and manage daily/weekly spreadsheets

  • Handle email, scanning, faxing, and general office correspondence

  • Schedule meetings and manage messages

  • Assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations

  • Operate presentations during web-based meetings and training sessions


Our requirements
  • Prior administrative or receptionist experience

  • Strong phone and communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities

  • Organized, punctual, and professional in all interactions

  • Experience with digital filing systems is a plus
