Long Term Tech Support

Your Tasks
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues

  • Provide desktop and mobile support for faculty, staff, and students

  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and lab equipment

  • Assist in managing technical environments across academic and administrative areas

  • Document support activities and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions


Our requirements
  • Previous experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS environments

  • Familiarity with mobile device support and printer installation

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
