Your Tasks

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues

Provide desktop and mobile support for faculty, staff, and students

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and lab equipment

Assist in managing technical environments across academic and administrative areas

Our requirements

Previous experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role

Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS environments
