Auditor
Jennifer Temps is seeking a highly organized Auditor / Project Coordinator to support a New York State agency division in Albany, NY. This role requires strong project coordination, analytical, and documentation skills within a structured government environment.
Your Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Portfolio Manager for bureau-level projects
- Develop project documentation, timelines, and track deliverables
- Monitor project milestones and coordinate follow-up actions
- Manage handbook revisions, website updates, and form development
- Support annual reporting and reconciliation projects
- Draft and review procedures, process documentation, and flowcharts
- Conduct data review and trend analysis
- Serve as liaison between internal divisions and regulatory offices
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, develop agendas, and document action items
- Develop standard operating procedures and reporting templates
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Our requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business, Public Administration, Health Policy, or related field)
- 2–5 years of project coordination or program management experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
- Ability to work effectively within a government environment
- Must comply with background screening requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in governmental project management
- Experience in contract management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project
- Experience drafting policies, procedures, and formal documentation
