Administrative Assistant

Our staffing agency is seeking a professional and dependable Administrative Assistant to support a busy NYS agency located in Downtown Manhattan. This front desk position is ideal for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced office environment while maintaining a polished and professional presence


Your Tasks
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet visitors and connect them with the appropriate host
  • Assist with management of conference center room calendars
  • Register guests using the building’s secure platform
  • Troubleshoot minor printer issues and coordinate repairs as needed
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of conference rooms
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
  • Support additional administrative tasks as assigned

Our requirements
  • Associate’s degree or higher required
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Must be reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Team-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor
  • Business casual attire required (no jeans or sneakers)
