Document Scanning Clerk / Administrative Support

Jennifer Temps is seeking detail-oriented and dependable Document Scanning Clerks to support a high-volume records management project in Manhattan, NY. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and care.


Your Tasks
  • Scan and digitize case files and documents
  • Organize and manage electronic and physical records
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of scanned files
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on digitized documents
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Retrieve and prepare files for scanning
  • Follow established procedures for records management
  • Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks

Our requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic data entry and computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential materials responsibly
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with document scanning or records management
  • Experience in a legal, government, or administrative office
  • Experience performing quality assurance checks
