Document Scanning Clerk / Administrative Support
Jennifer Temps is seeking detail-oriented and dependable Document Scanning Clerks to support a high-volume records management project in Manhattan, NY. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and care.
Your Tasks
- Scan and digitize case files and documents
- Organize and manage electronic and physical records
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of scanned files
- Conduct quality assurance checks on digitized documents
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Retrieve and prepare files for scanning
- Follow established procedures for records management
- Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks
Our requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic data entry and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential materials responsibly
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with document scanning or records management
- Experience in a legal, government, or administrative office
- Experience performing quality assurance checks
